  • Refunds will only be considered due to unforeseen circumstances that prevent the registrant from physically attending the conference.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Chair at 2026@TSIDConference.org
  • All refund requests must be supported by documentation and will need approval from the TSID Board.  Documentation may include an Obituary, a Doctor’s note, or a letter explaining the reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests submitted by May 31, 2026 and approved may be refunded less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Refund requests submitted after May 31, 2026 that are approved may be refunded less the food costs associated with this conference.  The food cost associated with each registered attendee this year is $230.00
