- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Region 2 Representative at region2rep@tsid.org before Friday, May 26, 2023.
- All refund requests must be supported by documentation and will need approval. Documentation may include an Obituary, a Doctor’s note, or a letter explaining the reason for the refund request.
- All refund requests submitted and approved may be refunded less a 10% administrative fee.
